I can explain. This phenomenon happens when a player enters the so called "AFK mode" whilst moving. "SA:MP's" synchronisation fails, because your pc, as a client, expects the vehicle or the player to continue moving, but on the other end of the server- the other player's computer- the game is paused, and the vehicle is stationary. Because of this mix-up, various strange things might happen from your point of view- from the vehicle sliding sideways, to it launching itself into the stratosphere.
